Blakely Hull

I am the founder of Best Coast Collective and the leader of this insanely talented team. We are proud to be among the top 1% across the Bay Area and the top 1.5% nationwide. Our business comes exclusively from referrals and our network – because of the exceptional service we provide. As a former global leader at Uber, disruption is in my DNA. I closely follow the disruption happening in real estate and partner with various organizations to ensure we are always offering the most cutting edge services to our clients. My motto has always been, “if there’s a will, there’s a way,” and you can count on us to bring creative, personalized solutions to crush your goals!

Having previously worked in HR for 6 years, I know how people work and use this to negotiate the best possible deals. As a former teacher, I absolutely love taking the complex world of real estate and breaking it down, one step at a time. I can confidently say: California is the best!

Most of my career has been in customer service and innovation. Right out of college, I worked at the world’s only (at the time) private ski and golf resort in Big Sky, Montana, where I also got my real estate license and fell in love with this work! But, before jumping all-in, I wanted one more go at start-up life. I joined a robotics startup in San Carlos, where I did everything from sales, to product design, to (lots of!) stakeholder management.

But, I kept coming back to real estate and decided to fully commit. I started at Redfin, where I served thousands of clients across the Bay. I quickly learned that that was a high-quantity over high-quality game, which didn’t align to my values. So, once I met Blakely, I knew we were the perfect match, and the rest is history…

And, she’s absolutely embracing this new world of AI, constantly finding more ways to strategically incorporate it into our workflows!

Jennifer

You cannot believe how much ‘paperwork’ there is for every home bought or sold. But, never fear! Jennifer ensures every “I” is dotted and “T” is crossed so that each deal is incredibly smooth. Not to mention, this level of detail is critical to protecting each and every one of our clients. We have no idea how Jennifer manages everything that she does, but we are lucky to have a bad-a$$ mother who can truly balance it all!

This buyer had very specific goals in his search. By asking lots of questions, we determined where he wasn’t willing to compromise. After a ~year-long journey, we knew this property had his name all over it. So, we got to work diving in, leveraging our relationships, and negotiating to win him this home!

This ocean-front property was incredibly special – but also very small and tired. We made some strategic, economical upgrades and invested in thoughtful, targeted marketing. This funky strategy paid off IN SPADES with this property landing one of the top 3 highest prices per sq foot EVER sold in Pacifica!

This incredibly unique property had the potential to appeal to multiple target buyer profiles, so we had to do a great job with story-telling and getting it in front of the right buyers. Not to mention, it was an active Airbnb, so we only had 4 free days to show it while on the market. We secured dozens of showings, resulting in a fabulous, all-cash offer!

The views, the luxury renovations, and the location all made this an easy YES for our buyers looking for a high-end weekend home in Telegraph Hill.

This stunning home had significant construction defects AND active litigation. Another top agent told our sellers that it would take TWO YEARS to sell. Not for us! We worked closely with the attorneys, positioned the home perfectly, marketed it near and far, and over-disclosed everything. We ended up with multiple interested parties and closed it within a couple months!

As our buyers were growing their family, we knew that this would be the perfect oasis for them. Not only did we negotiate the price down by $220k, but we also overcame issues with lenders and some big challenges with securing insurance for our clients. It was all worth it!

This one was far from straightforward! We had tenant challenges, zoning challenges, property designation challenges, and the list goes on and on. But, we tackled them all and got our clients a killer deal on this investment property for them to treasure for generations to come!
