Blakely Hull

I am the founder of Best Coast Collective and the leader of this insanely talented team. We are proud to be among the top 1% across the Bay Area and the top 1.5% nationwide. Our business comes exclusively from referrals and our network – because of the exceptional service we provide. As a former global leader at Uber, disruption is in my DNA. I closely follow the disruption happening in real estate and partner with various organizations to ensure we are always offering the most cutting edge services to our clients. My motto has always been, “if there’s a will, there’s a way,” and you can count on us to bring creative, personalized solutions to crush your goals!

Having previously worked in HR for 6 years, I know how people work and use this to negotiate the best possible deals. As a former teacher, I absolutely love taking the complex world of real estate and breaking it down, one step at a time. We will teach and empower you to be an expert, so you can feel confident that you’re making the smartest real estate decisions!

Cynthia Kellogg

I can’t wait to get to know you, because – at the end of the day – my favorite part of this job is the people! I am proud to be on this incredibly accomplished team, and I am excited to dive into assisting you achieve your goals. I’m a 4th generation Californian, but I’ve lived in a few different states. I can confidently say: California is the best!

Most of my career has been in customer service and innovation. Right out of college, I worked at the world’s only (at the time) private ski and golf resort in Big Sky, Montana, where I also got my real estate license and fell in love with this work! But, before jumping all-in, I wanted one more go at start-up life. I joined a robotics startup in San Carlos, where I did everything from sales, to product design, to (lots of!) stakeholder management.

But, I kept coming back to real estate and decided to fully commit. I started at Redfin, where I served thousands of clients across the Bay. I quickly learned that that was a high-quantity over high-quality game, which didn’t align to my values. So, once I met Blakely, I knew we were the perfect match, and the rest is history…

Reese

This team wouldn’t operate without the one-and-only, Reese, our wonderful assistant. She keeps us very organized, keeps paperwork in check, supports our ongoing and robust marketing efforts for all of our listings, and so, so much more. Reese is thoughtful, smart, creative, and an incredible team player. And, she’s absolutely embracing this new world of AI, constantly finding more ways to strategically incorporate it into our workflows!

Jennifer

You cannot believe how much ‘paperwork’ there is for every home bought or sold. But, never fear! Jennifer ensures every “I” is dotted and “T” is crossed so that each deal is incredibly smooth. Not to mention, this level of detail is critical to protecting each and every one of our clients. We have no idea how Jennifer manages everything that she does, but we are lucky to have a bad-a$$ mother who can truly balance it all!
