Blakely Hull
I am the founder of Best Coast Collective and the leader of this insanely talented team. We are proud to be among the top 1% across the Bay Area and the top 1.5% nationwide. Our business comes exclusively from referrals and our network – because of the exceptional service we provide. Leading global teams at Uber through periods of rapid transformation did not just prepare me for change; it taught me to see change before it arrives. I brought that same orientation into real estate: staying wired into every shift shaping the industry and building active partnerships with organizations pushing the space forward. Our clients get direct access to those advantages. My operating belief has always been that the perfect blend of expertise and creativity can find a path through almost any challenge. Every deal that we take on reflects that perspective.
My six years in HR gave me a unique lens on negotiation: understanding what people actually want underneath what they say they want. That skill surfaces in every transaction we run. My years in the classroom gave me something equally useful: the ability to take something that feels overwhelming and make it genuinely approachable. We walk every client through this process step by step so that you feel informed, clear, and confident in every decision you make along the way.

I can confidently say: California is the best!
Serving people well and building things that didn’t exist yet have been the throughlines of my entire career. My first role after college placed me at a genuinely one-of-a-kind resort in Big Sky, Montana, where I picked up my real estate license and found the work that has defined my professional life ever since. Before committing to that career 100%, I took one more detour through startup culture at a robotics company in San Carlos, where I contributed across sales, product design, and some of the most demanding stakeholder management I have ever experienced.
Real estate eventually called too loud to ignore. I joined Redfin and spent years helping buyers and sellers across one of the most demanding housing markets in the country. I learned quickly that the volume-first model made genuine client care nearly impossible, and genuine care is not something I’m willing to cut. Meeting Blakely changed the equation entirely. We align on values, on approach, and on what this work is actually for. From there, it was an easy decision.

She is the operational core: holding the documentation together, keeping every listing’s marketing running at full capacity, and managing the hundred things that would otherwise fall through the cracks. What makes Reese genuinely exceptional is that her precision comes paired with real creative instinct. She has also emerged as one of the team’s most enthusiastic adopters of AI, building it thoughtfully into our day-to-day workflows in ways that raise the bar across the board.
Jennifer
The documentation load behind every single home transaction is genuinely staggering, and most clients never fully see it. That invisibility is entirely by design when Jennifer is involved. She tracks every document, every deadline, and every obligation from contract to close with a level of precision that protects our clients in ways they may never know they needed. How she keeps all of it in order while managing everything else in her life is a question we have stopped trying to answer. We are simply grateful she is here.
